By accessing or using AI Kids Story (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. Our Service is provided to you by AI Kids Story, and your use of it is subject to the following rules.
AI Kids Story is a digital platform that creates personalized storytelling experiences for children using advanced AI templates. By providing inputs such as names, age, and character details, users generate a custom digital story. The final product is delivered as a digital format (Web Viewer/PDF).
You are solely responsible for the inputs provided for story generation. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is:
AI Kids Story reserves the right to filter inputs or refuse service if the provided content violates our safety standards for children.
4.1 Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries and handle returns.
4.2 Payment Terms: By choosing a paid plan, you agree to pay AI Kids Story the one-time or subscription fees indicated for that service.
4.3 Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant resources consumed during the story generation process, all sales are final. Once a story has been generated or a PDF has been made available for download, we cannot offer a refund. Please review your free previews (if available) before committing to a purchase.
Personal Use Only
When you purchase a story from AI Kids Story, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may read, print, and share the story with family members. You may NOT sell, use for commercial branding, or redistribute the stories for profit.
AI Kids Story is not liable for any content generated that may be perceived as inaccurate or unsatisfactory. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
